簡介：
李麗生董事長出生於嘉義縣濱海偏鄉，早年家境困頓，因此隻身來到台北，從
零開始打拼創業，至今已邁入第46個年頭，其事業版圖橫跨紡織、不動產、飯
店、電子、工具機、地勤、碾米廠等各個不同的領域。除了在公司經營的努力
投入，李董事長也長年致力於社會公益，秉持著「取之於社會，用之於社會」
的回饋精神，與其兄桃園美國學校前董事長李麗裕先生攜手行善逾30年，兩兄
弟不僅關心偏鄉教育、扶助弱勢，更回饋家鄉社會。每年捐助多所偏鄉學校、
社團，並提供清寒長者敬賢金及孝順學子獎助學金，此外，也舉辦多次英語營
，讓缺乏教育資源的偏鄉孩童參與。
李董事長深受自身的人生經歷啟發，相信每位孩子都擁有無限的潛能。他期待
桃園美國學校不僅僅是提供知識學習的場所，更希望學校能致力於引導學生全
面發展，包含認知能力、情感智慧、社會責任感以及藝術與體育方面的素養，
期許每位孩子在桃園美國學校的環境下都能夠探索自己的興趣，並透過全人教
育的培養，期盼每一位畢業的孩子都能在人生不同階段中勇於挑戰，學習著獨
當一面，並且不忘初心，最終能將豐碩的果實回饋於社會。

Chairman Lee’s journey began in the coastal countryside of Chiayi County. With
humble beginnings, he embarked on a solitary journey to Taipei, where he
commenced his entrepreneurial endeavors from scratch. Now, with 46 years of
dedicated commitment to business, Chairman Lee's ventures extend across diverse
sectors including textiles, real estate, hospitality, electronics, machinery, ground
services, and even rice mill. Beyond his corporate pursuits, Chairman Lee has
remained steadfast in his dedication to social welfare. Embracing the ethos of
"taking from society and giving back," he has partnered with his brother, Mr. Lee
Liyu, former chairman of Taoyuan American School, for over three decades in
charitable initiatives. Their endeavors extend beyond supporting rural education and
aiding the underprivileged to actively enriching their hometown community. Each
year, they contribute to numerous rural schools, provide financial assistance to the
elderly in need, and award scholarships to deserving students. Additionally, they
organize English camps, providing invaluable educational opportunities to
underprivileged rural children.
Inspired by his personal journey, Chairman Lee holds a profound belief in the
boundless potential of every child. He envisions the Taoyuan American School as
more than a mere institution for knowledge acquisition but as a nurturing
environment fostering comprehensive development. This holistic approach
encompasses cognitive growth, emotional intelligence, social responsibility, as well
as artistic and athletic pursuits. Chairman Lee aspires for every student within the
Taoyuan American School community to explore their passions and, through holistic
education, emerge as resilient individuals ready to embrace life's challenges with
courage. Upholding a commitment to integrity and societal contribution, he
anticipates each graduate will carry forward the spirit of altruism, making meaningful
contributions to society.
